What is Heartland Ministries? Heartland Ministries is a "community" of like-minded people, based in various locations, connected by shared values and a desire to make a difference in our communities. We are incorporated in the ACT, but we serve and connect with many individuals and groups all over Australia. We have some specific services, which you can find out about on this site, and we are affiliated with the Crosslink Christian Network.
